Misty Blue

This day was special, I knew from the moment I woke up that it was going to be special, I just needed to find the right scene. The fog was heavy just as the forecast has predicted the night before, I had already prepared my equipment and waisted no time. I made my way to Williamstown Beach and knew what I wanted to photograph, but I just needed to find the right boat. Driving along the foreshore the fog was thick and visibility was low but it wasn't long before I came across this blue boat. I had plenty of time to set up because I could hardly see the boat, but as the morning unfolded and the sun slowly began to rise, the fog too began to thin out and the blue boat started to stand out. The timing was perfect and I got what I had set out to get.
