Artist Statement
This work is part of the 2021 series entitled COGLI L'ATTIMO and is number 26 in this series.
I wish to express with this cycle of works the concept of seizing the moment, appreciating what you have, and enjoying every moment that life offers us.
For this work, I chose an old blue tin teapot as the subject,
I wanted to bring to mind the clatter that dishes make when they fall to the ground, its lid is bouncing in a circular fashion and makes an unmistakable noise...do you hear it too?
I created the work with the technique of oil colour on canvas, I use oil colour as a glaze, i.e. I superimpose many very thin layers of appropriately diluted colour to create the effects I want.
The work is without but is ready to hang.
The work is signed on the front and back and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity for shipping outside the EU we need to wait for authorisation from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and this may cause a delay of a few days

She has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions throughout Italy since 1999.
In 2004, she was chosen for a cultural exchange and in the summer of that year, she painted at the ART CENTER in Miami in the United States, working with artists from all over the world.
In 2009, his installation of the series '...A NUDO' was exhibited at the Lu.C.C.A. - Lucca Center Of Contemporary Art (Museum of Contemporary Art of Lucca).
Over the years, the artist's way of making art has changed a lot, but what has always remained constant is his modus operandi. He uses an ancient technique, that of oil painting, and takes care of every part of his works, starting with the construction of the support. She highlights the parts of the painting that she needs to express the message she wants and leaves others incomplete to give free interpretation to those who observe them.
The artist likes to work on themes, even very different ones, in which she puts all of herself in order to stimulate, without reserve, her imagination and that of the observer.
Through painting, she completely expresses herself, her inner world, her fears, her dreams.
