Artist Statement
I created this work in early 2021, its format is 21x30 cm and it is part of the new series entitled Catch the Moment, this is the SIXTH in this series.
I felt the need to shout out a concept in my own way: DON'T LOSE TIME, APPRECIATE EVERY INSTANT THAT LIFE OFFERS YOU.
Appreciating what you have is the magic formula that makes us live happily, in my opinion.
When I chose the subject of this work, I was struck by this vase, which made me think of earrings I used to wear in the 1980s when I was a girl. Big gold hoops, strictly fake, that moved with my sighs and when I turned they became one with my long hair and moved with them.
The vase is about to shatter on the ground or who knows... maybe I stopped it in time, I leave it to you to complete the action!!!
the work will be presented in a black plastic frame, light and manageable, the finished dimensions with the frame are 45.5x36.5x2.5 cm
signed on the front and back and will be accompanied by a certificate of authenticity
for shipment outside the EU it is necessary to wait for authorisation from the Ministry of Cultural Heritage, which may lead to a delay of a few days

Nicoletta Bagatti was born in Parma, Italy, in 1968.
A self-taught artist, she has been able to express her thoughts and life through art since childhood.
She has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions throughout Italy since 1999.
In 2004, she was chosen for a cultural exchange and in the summer of that year, she painted at the ART CENTER in Miami in the United States, working with artists from all over the world.
In 2009, his installation of the series '...A NUDO' was exhibited at the Lu.C.C.A. - Lucca Center Of Contemporary Art (Museum of Contemporary Art of Lucca).
Over the years, the artist's way of making art has changed a lot, but what has always remained constant is his modus operandi. He uses an ancient technique, that of oil painting, and takes care of every part of his works, starting with the construction of the support. She highlights the parts of the painting that she needs to express the message she wants and leaves others incomplete to give free interpretation to those who observe them.
The artist likes to work on themes, even very different ones, in which she puts all of herself in order to stimulate, without reserve, her imagination and that of the observer.
Through painting, she completely expresses herself, her inner world, her fears, her dreams.
