Artist Statement
"Cherry Plateau" is a modern abstract Chinese painting portraying a plateau. The painting is calm and serene, it is meditative in the Chinese 'Chan' (in Japanese, Zen) style. This abstract painting portrays peaceful feelings with Eastern mindful touch.
The painting is done with Chinese water ink on Rice paper. It is beautifully mounted in traditional Chinese paintings way. The mounting oozes subtle Eastern traditional elegance and beauty.
The painting will be carefully wrapped and protected, and will be sent in heavy duty PVC tube.
Wood frame and glass panel will NOT be included.

Night Fung (馮禮慈) is a painter from Hong Kong, he has developed his interest in painting in the recent years. Night Fung's works are abstract works which could be described as Modern Chinese Abstract painting, mostly are abstract landscapes in simple compositions. Most of his paintings are quiet, calm, and with the realm Aesthetics of Eastern Art and sometimes with a soft touch of Chinese Chan(Zen). Before started painting ,Night Fung (馮禮慈) is one of the most renowned music critics in Hong Kong and China areas for more than 30 years.
