Artist Statement

IconCaretDown

“When I observe the things around me, like from a tiny flower petal to the heartiest objects around me, it lets me recollect my memories about them. Memories filled with joy and sadness. They are a part of my aura and I feel it more and more. My works are based on my previous experiences associated with these heartiest moments that really moved me the most.

I find beauty in the beginnings and the first meetings. I also believe that the ending and the sweet separations are beautiful. I think about the peace that those ending brought. I am also moved by my time alone. I am always deeply touched with bonds that I make with the people that are closest to me. I always try to express the feelings I felt in those sweet moments through my paintings. Through them, I am able to express my emotions.

I play with my own shapes, objects and color palate to communicate our bonds and our life journey. I am quite attached to my visual form of abstract; its my favourite mode of communication.”
