Artist Statement
This i painting describes the joy of living, of spring, of blossoming. I was inspired for this painting by nature in spring, particular after this dark pandemic winter.The oil colours and the visible brushstrokes add an upward movement to this painting. The texture adds a nearly sculptural aspect to it.
