Artist Statement
Emotions are like a whirlwind, they capture and carry you away with them. They completely envelop and do not let you get free. Each emotion has its own shade. They all mix and whirl in a continuous cycle.

A series of artworks is dedicated to automatic drawing. All abstract paintings are connected with my subconscious. They are painted from the depths of my soul. They are my harmony and tranquility. I don't plan a painting in advance, I don't copy it from a photo. I take the idea inside of me and splash it out on the canvas. First comes the mixing of acrylic paints for the background. Here I use my technique based on Russian brush painting. I take a few colors on the brush and apply them to the canvas with driving movements. Then I switch to markers and draw the details with an automatic letter. It doesn't look like a text that can be read, just like the painting style of Cy Twombly and Lee Krasner.
