Artist Statement
I like the shapes and colors hidden under the appearance. They are mysterious, elusive, somehow more real than their appearance.
The chaotic texture is in a relatively uniform tone, just like our seemingly disorderly world, but never gets out of track.
The gap between the textures gives the painting and the viewer the possibility to breathe, just as it's intended.
