Artist Statement
This drawing consists of many different layers airbrush ink. I only use three colors. The colors of the drawing are made of many, many thin layers of these three colors. Mixing by putting layers on top of each other.
Because drawing is like meditate to me I was wondering how many breaths a drawing would take. This became a series.

I was born in Amsterdam and lived in Hungary for a few years.
I studied free art at the art academy of Arnhem and figurative art the art academy in Amsterdam. I use all mediums which are necessary for the works. Right now I'm working with markers and airbrush ink on different surfaces.
I'm interested in people's longing for truth and control.
As an artist and as a human being I want to be in the state of not-knowing and be open to whatever way to create my art.
