Artist Statement
Life is a manifestation of eternal energy in all forms. Colour, beauty, pleasure and pain are the songs of creation. Cosmic dance symbolises the act of creation. Dance is a perfect metaphor for life, and colour is a dance between our brain and the world. There is an extremely deep connection between colour and the existence of life. Colour is the celebration of life. It is an aspect of life which we can’t escape. It has its own emotional language and influences our actions and responses to people, things and situations. Life is colourful and if we learn the fascinating language of colours we can understand and appreciate the secret power of the colour language. Colour and feelings are automatically linked and has a meaning in painting. Colours are beyond words and communicate with us on a deeper level.
