Washed in layers of yellow, orange and red colours seeping together, 'Homecoming at Sunset' evokes the feeling of content and rejoice and celebration of the hard work.
The play of colours popping in and out and the reflection of the myriad tones of the setting sun wrapping around the sailing boat is the effect of this compositional harmony. This artwork is an oil painting on stretched canvas and framing is not necessary.
