Artist statement
This Artpiece is a Color Field Painting from the playful handling of the power of color. There are artistic influences from Rothko, Geiger and Pollock. This picture contains various layers of acrylic / watercolor paint. And the last layer came with the kind of "drip-painting" and leads me up into infinite...It´s not only a daylight pleasure because these special "DAYLIHGT COLORS" do their shining even when the night comes - not like light but in a special way. Court & Spark refers to my favorite singer Joni to whom I listen all the time while painting.
