About the art
Artist statement
This colorfieldpainting "orangefield hidden cross" was created almost 10 years ago when the Christ Impulse was a main theme of my painting work. The result is a color field that is reminiscent of the power of the sun, of a sunrise or sunset through the intensity of the three combined colors. At first glance, it is "only" an image in orange, yellow and brilliant red. When viewed on a long term you can meditate over the intense colors and watching from the side, a cross is easily recognizable. The color field picture is signed on the back and can be hung up immediately. Christianity in its origins with the message of love has accompanied me since I started painting.
