Artist statement
Artist Tran Tuan created this artwork from his feeling about the loud, low, echoing roar of the Lion King in the deep, wild jungle. There are no words that can describe how people feel when they hear that roar. It is the symbolic sound of wild nature, of the great law of survival, death and resurrection.
