Tse Yim On (HK, b.1974) received his BA and MFA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He was awarded Urban Council Award in Contemporary Hong Kong Art Biennial Exhibition in 1998. His works are collected by the Hong Kong Museum of Art and private collectors in both HK and Singapore.
