Artist Statement

IconCaretDown

I am trying to show the unexpected unity between living things and material things. Combine human figure, animals, plants, everyday objects or machine in my works on different surface; canvas and fine art paper.
To explore notions of feminiy in the whimsical, dreamlike style of surrealism, reproduced imagery and present statement in a surreal look. They portray ironic gestures that create a mixture of humor and grotesqueness, reflecting life in our consumerist society.
The boundaries between the urban environment, nature, dream and reality. It’s all about renewal, to start afresh, accept and correct as we move forward.
