Artist statement
When we think about enlightenment we imagine Lotus flower in blue still water. Especially lotus with rare color. This color is fluorenscent pink. And it shines like enlightenment. It's like the Lotus gives us a special energy to be enlightened. And when you're super conscious about everything in the planet you're alone with your thoughts. Lotus is the one of the unique flower from all floral compositions that makes us feel our perception more clearly. The flower is textured and it's like we are about to get it to our hands.
Azerbaijani Contemporary Visual Artist Vafa Majidli used paste texture, acrylic blue, green and pink colors. Her Artworks are ideally suite to home, ofis interiors, shopping malls, special SPA buildings for yoga, meditation practices.
