Artist statement
This painting is about the start of the month of June. when flowers are blooming and the air is still cool. This is an abstract acrylic painting on canvas. The surface is painted with brush strokes in layers and resembles aged wood. The sides are finished with black tape to make it suitable for hanging, though you may wish to have more permanent framing. It is wired for hanging.
