This group of works, built from my hearing disability, represent a form of communication beyond visual perception. In my childhood I learned to capture the geometric shapes that emerged from lip reading therapies, an apprehension that was later strengthened with my contemporary dance practices, with all that they have in terms of spaces, times, lines and colors. From there, thanks to my artistic training, those forms that lived in me were transferred to my creations, to make sensations intimate moments of imagination and reflection, which in some way express my intimate moments of permanent silence. These are true codes that replace oral language and, in general, sounds. In this way I have been able to translate the approximations that my senses transmit to me without sound, to represent real life in my own way: joys, sadness, multiple emotions and astonishment. It is not only about what I see and perceive, but about what in my own way I hear and want to repeat with the sounds of artistic expression, with its environments, its alterations, its rhythms, its sequences, its interruptions ... That's why they are sensations of silence, which also speak, converse, shout, exclaim, although they are not perceived as sounds.
