Artist statement
In all of us there is a common desire - the desire to enjoy. What pleases us is ultimately the only thing that differentiates us.
In my paintings I establish a visual balance by harmonizing small pieces of cardboard on an abstract background that are similar in size and differ only in tones and colors, alluding to the difference in perception of what pleases us and how to achieve it.
