Majorelle blue, it makes me think of the blue and white Chinese porcelain, of Yves St Laurent's house in Morocco, of the deep sea and the view of our planet's sky...
I am drawn to this mysterious, pure and strong color! I think the key to a better world is love, that's why I call this work "Love majorelle".
35x35x2cm, mixed technique on wood panel with frame effect. Inspired by love Bible verses, Chinese calligraphy and graffiti art, rich in detail. It's a small but bright work to spread love everyday! It is aesthetic and contemporary, ready to hang on the wall.
