In support of young talents within the arts ecosystem, The Artling has engaged some of the best local artists to create at least one specially-commissioned hand-painted wall mural in each JustCo centre. With 11 centres completed or in progress, the artworks not only encapsulate the local culture and distinctive styles of the coworking centres, but also boast a strong representation of JustCo’s ethos and identity – an honest, fun, friendly, professional and human-centred approach.

In Taipei, JustCo centres at Hung Tai Financial Plaza and Minsheng Jianguo feature mountainous landscapes and the distinct street food culture of Taiwan, with dumplings, bubble tea, noodles and more. In Seoul, JustCo Tower features an abstraction of the city’s skyline and prominent buildings such as the Gyeongbokgung Palace, Namsan Tower and Lotte Tower, placing each artwork unmistakably within its particular context.

“We understand the importance of localisation in our business, as every city has its own local nuances and culture. Incorporating the local arts scene is one way of localisation, and an element that can influence productivity and contribute towards an enjoyable work culture. Our partnership with The Artling will not only provide young artists a platform to unleash and express their creativity through visual art, but also further inject and bring our co-working spaces to life,” says Kong Wan Sing, Founder and CEO of JustCo.
“We’re extremely excited to have embarked on this creative journey with JustCo, and our artists are equally thrilled to be a part of this. Art has the ability to change and enhance spaces, and JustCo’s commitment to supporting young artists and the creative community is a testament to their forward-thinking outlook,” says Kim Tay, Gallery Director of The Artling.
