Director Fabio Rossi said: “We are delighted to have inaugurated our elegant new London premises. Everybody loved the new space and the great location in the centre of Mayfair. We opened with a selection of exceptional classical treasures for which Rossi & Rossi is so renowned. The antique pieces were effectively displayed alongside works by three contemporary Tibetan artists, Kesang Lamdark, Tenzing Rigdol and Tsherin Sherpa, and successfully demonstrated an exciting fusion of past and present artistic traditions and influences.

Several solo exhibitions are planned in the London gallery during Rossi & Rossi’s 30thanniversary years featuring contemporary Asian artists including Pakistani artist Faiza Butt (December 12, 2014-January 17, 2015), Tibetan-American Palden Weinreb (February 5–March 27), Christopher Doyle (April 17–May 15), Gade (June 5–July 10), Naiza Khan(October dates TBC) and a combined exhibition entitled Active Blur with works by Tsherin Sherpa and Tulku Jamyang (December 4– January 15, 2016).
