The Artling Pop-Up 2017 opened on Thursday night, 7th September at Artspace@Helutrans. The 3rd edition of the annual pop-up format, this edition was biggest thus far, taking up three separate gallery spaces. For the first time, and to celebrate the launch of The Artling Design, Asian design products were featured in its own space.
This year, the pop-up focused on young Asian talent, by restricting works to artists and designers to under the age of 40. By doing so, it spotlights the talent coming out of the Asian region. Working with established galleries and studios in Asia, the pop-up is a great opportunity to encounter many of the items on theartling.com!
Guests were offered a selection of red, white and sparkling wines from South America - generously provivded by sponsor Concha y Toro - which flowed freely and went perfectly with a spread of various cheeses and other light snacks.
Many guests took the time to travel to this amazing space at Artspace @ Helutrans, and the night was one filled with art, conversation and laughs. A great way to open The Artling Pop-Up 2017!
