Embracing the advancement of technology, and its potential to create, reshape and redefine art, MeshMinds is an avid impact investor in creative technology with a goal to ignite passion and inspiration towards exploring and enjoying art in new engaging ways! Through collaboration, they live to support creative technology teams with extendable ideas that have a good narrative to create more human-centric content while setting fresh experiences abound together.
In conjunction with Singapore Art Week, the ArtScience Museum is pleased to host and launch MeshMinds 1.0: ArtxTechforGood on the 25th of January, marking it the first Singapore creative innovation lab focused on Art x Technology for Good. The eight-day show is a unique pilot programme designed to not only give attendees insights to behind-the-scenes processes that led to the creation of the immersive exhibitions and displays but also experience for themselves the progress, achievement and future of creative technology.

With a diverse range of the latest technology provided by the collaborative partners of MeshMinds, including Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, 3D printing and Internet of Things, artists and budding technology experts were invited to learn how to produce works of art built around these stimulating features for the showcase. Through their works, subjects such as digital literacy, health, wellbeing and conservation have been explored.
Amongst the creative talents, comprises established local artists, lecturers, LASALLE students venturing into the world of digital art as well as collaboration between artists. Namely; André Wee, Aeropalmics (Dawn Ang), Teck Lee Tan, Benjamin Low, Steve Lawler, 3Land, Esther Goh, Teck Lee Tan, Angela Chong, Debbie Ding, Arvin and Atiqa, Anne-Laure Herrezuelo and Jacques Deschambeault, LASALLE students experimenting with Internet of Things, VR and 3D printing/modelling, Dean Reinhard, Roy Koo, Warrior9, Daniel Soo.

Join them in celebrating the fusion of Art and Technology for good with the rare opportunity to virtually create your own masterpieces and lose yourself in the fun of the interactive digital playground -- view art through the lens of augmented reality, transport yourself into 3D printed worlds and make soundscapes using only your bodies!
The opening of 'MeshMinds 1.0: ArtxTechforGood' will be taking place on the 25th of January, with the exhibition continuing from 26 January 2018 to 2 February 2018 at ArtScience Museum, Singapore, 6 Bayfront Ave, ArtScience Gallery, Level 4. More details can be found here!
