This collection of paintings by Eugenia Gajardo takes us on a path of transformation; each work is an expression of essence and energy from within.

Produced over the course of the past year, these emotional landscapes are a meditation into the human condition. The endless energy, joy and happiness converge with the feeling of suffering and despair. This intuitive discovery reflects Gajardo's continuum of existence. The outer and inner worlds collide in this vibrant kaleidoscope of colours.

Each stroke, each brush, each gesture, each line, and each scratch is a road brick on a path – an exploration for her voice and to realise her calling. From the white empty canvas, through the primal burst of matter, to the meditative action of painting, Gajardo draws us in; each painting is an invitation to enter this world and to partake this journey with her.
