Artist statement
"Stupa Light" is a functional piece of home decor.
This sculptural, one-of-a-kind lighting is a contemporary take on classic light sources. It stands out as the focus of attention in any setting and illuminates it with a warm, pleasant glow.
The main body is constructed of earthenware clay with four glaze finishes, as well as a metal support structure that runs through the core and is coupled to a painted wood base, as well as a 160cm long cabling with a switch and an artistic LED light.
