Molinillo is a collection of auxiliary and center tables designed by the Colección Estudio. Each of the legs of the tables were made manually and its intense black color was achieved by carbonizing the wood, a finish inspired by mills. The covers, on the other hand, were inspired by another ancient technique, and are ebonized with iron acetate. All three tables are finished with baked linseed oil.
Founded in 2014 by Montserrat Castañón, Ángulo Cero was born as a space to think about design from an artistic perspective. Its curatorial approach inclines towards the experimentation of materials and formal languages, commissioning collections for a sophisticated market inside and outside of Mexico.

Formed by Manuel López, Daniel Martínez and Andres Cacho, Coleccion Estudio is a design studio based in Mexico City and Querétaro. They seek to reinterpret techniques, objects and shapes that have deep roots in Mexican culture. Their goal is to create products with an iconic sculptural aesthetic.
As the artisans of their own products they respect the authenticity of the objects and their traditional modes of production. Each piece is designed and made by them, at their workshop, with their hands. They are apprentices of a rich cultural heritage.
