Artist statement
Ethereal looks extremely delicate and light in a way that seems not to be of this world. The simplicity of built makes the object look unreal yet strikes the observer as heavenly - a chair that does not appear to belong to this world. The chair is designed with a repetition of simple geometric forms, lines/monochromatic. Ethereal was created as an art sculpture inspired by a search for essence that eliminates the superfluous, and emphasize its core qualities.
