Artist Statement
The MIDAS side table is comprised of carefully shredded colored silver-leaf, all left to randomly float in the table’s crystal clear acrylic frame. Light bounces and reflects off the leaf providing a confetti-like pattern and a unique fragmented glimpse of depth to each element.
The side table frame supports two shelves with low-iron toughened glass. There are multiple colors and leaf mixes available.
