This “KIME“ object is Bonding by destruction and gold joints.
A work that deliberately shreds a reproduction of a sculpture called plaster statue and restores it with gold joints, giving the added value of visualizing human handwork and doing seemingly meaningless handwork.
Benjamin described "Aura" in "Art of Reproduction Technology", but it is a work that can be said to have given "Aura". "Aura" is a property of unreplicated works of art that exists only in one part of the world.

Kairo Kusamoto graduated from the Tokyo Zokei University, Department of Design, Interior Architecture in 2012, and has been in their Master's Program since 2015. Currently at graduate school, his research is based on the "Meaning" and "Value" of objects, mainly producing furniture. He calls his works "Object", as opposed to "products".
