About the art
Artist statement
Made out of several layers of ash, topped of with a beautiful figured piece of walnut. All glued together (stacked lamination) into a rough shaped and then carved into its final shape by hand with angle grinder, rasps and other hand tools. The piece is finished with a black stain and varnish.
