British Lifestyle and Interior Designer Matthew Williamson has created a luxurious, limited edition hand tufted rug collection with the prestigious rug manufacturer Obeetee.
Ikat prints have an inescapable draw and provide the most boundless opportunities for playing with colour. The way the colours bleed into each other gives movement to the space in which the pattern features.
Matthew Williamson’s luxurious rugs are created by highly skilled artisan weavers in India. Densely hand tufted using a combination of the finest New Zealand wool and viscose yarn to create a truly stunning rug.
Made from 54% New Zealand Wool / 46% Viscose pile.
Available in 4 different sizes: 120 x 180cm, 170 x 240cm, 200 x 300cm and circle 200cm diameter. Bespoke sizing available. It takes 10 weeks using tradition techniques to hand-make this rug.
