Artist statement
The Decora vase was created by me in 2021, I have not presented it to the public before. Today I'm ready to show all its splendour!
My ceramic sculptures are mostly from vases. Metamorphic, unusual, modern and stylish!
The vase underwent 2 firings in a special muffle furnace at a temperature of 1000 degrees Celsius. After its creation, it took 2 weeks to gain strength, after it completely dried, it underwent the first firing. I then covered it with frosting, carefully both inside and out. After it went through another firing and became a little glossy due to its mirror finish.
The process of creation for me is an incomparable feeling, it envelops my soul and with the help of my hands, I create beauty!
The Decora vase has passed the water test and is ready to hold a bouquet of fresh flowers or dried flowers. And also become part of the interior in your home!
