This unique piece is part of the île collection, a series of handmade sculptural light objects all featuring a tile surface either glas or ceramics.
The collection was born out of her inherent passion for the combination of colors, shapes, and materials. She loves wondering through flea markets, second hand shops, always with an eye for something unexpected. The tiles used to be from different places and time periods. For example, former UDSSR tiles found in a bunker in an old war airport in Georgia or from a former military prison in Lisbon. Not all origins are known.
