Artist Statement
PK12 chair is inspired by wooden trusses used in the construction of roofs.
The chair sockets refer to the “Gusset Plate” normally applied to reinforce the knots of wooden trusses.
Handmade carbon steel structure receives a matte polyurethane painting.
Solid turned wood legs are made of Jequitibá, a native tree of the Brazilian Atlantic Forest. The legs are finished in matte polyurethane varnish.
Natural wood has a unique pattern and tone that varies according to each piece.
This makes each object unique. Each piece will have its own shade and veins pattern.
Structure colors available: white, pink, orange, red, brown, green, blue and black.
If you wish another color send us a message.
