BIZUTE Collection ultra low sitting coffee table designed by Studio SORS. for the Brand House project, France 2022.
Inspired by the French modernist movement of the mid 20th century, this debut piece in the collection personifies the overall design theory of geometric minimalism, modernity and a position of hazed ambiguity in space and time.
There is no beginning nor end to its form, no front, no back. She floats. The design's levitates, hovers and quietly presides over any scene, settles into any angle and invites you to encircle it, to tour the variations of light reflection that speak back to you through its hand silvered brass surface. Refined, thin yet tonally unique and varied, the table's one-of-a-kind surface finish value meets a contrasting darkness of suspended metal powders on its underside, a final grounding adding weight and balance to its form.
