About

Bruno Art Group (BAG) is an International art group and a leader in presenting Israeli art innovation around the world. BAG’s roots stem back over a century to Marco (Mordechai) Abramovitz’s gallery and framing atelier in Europe. Marco’s son Bruno immigrated to Israel In 1960 and inaugurated The Bruno Gallery in Tel Aviv in 1964. He was one of the very first to promote art in the young, culture thirsty state. By the end of the 20th century, Bruno gallery was one of Israel’s leading art galleries. Nowadays BAG is managed by Motti (Mordechai) Abramovitz, one of Bruno’s two children. In the last 20 years Motti has focused on taking Israeli art worldwide. He has taken his forefathers’ dream and expanded on it turning the BAG into a global art group. Today BAG consists of five exclusive galleries in Israel, Singapore, Turks & Caicos Islands, India and the USA. BAG participates in global art fairs in Miami, NY, Singapore, Hong Kong, Korea, and India. The BAG’s portfolio is comprised of the works of some Avant-garde geniuses like Mark Chagall, Pablo Picasso and Juan Miro. The BAG represents art masters including Yaacov Agam, David Gerstein, Marcel Janco, Menashe Kadishman, Reuven Rubin and Calman Shemi, along with younger artists Ilana Gal, Eyal Radwinowitz, Noemi Saphir, Adriana Naveh and Roy Yariv. The BAG offers art advisory and consultancy services, while managing major corporate art and public art commissions such as urban art projects like Yaacov Agam's “The Heart of the Fountainhead” in Taipei, David Gerstein's "Momentum" in Singapore and "Ladder Man and Euphoria" in the Bangkok’s Millennium Residence, as well as the interior design of the Carnival Cruise Line ships by Calman Shemi.
