Siti Nurin Jazlina (b. 1998) graduated with a Diploma of Fine Art from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), Singapore in 2018.
Nurin took part in a collaboration project between NAFA and CDC Central Singapore, Painting Smiles, for a mural wall painting in Bras Basah Complex, Singapore in 2017 with her team. She has also taken part in a watercolour exhibition, C.S.I – Colours, Shapes, Images based on her trip under NAFA for Shanghai Art Immersion Programme 2016.
In 2010 and 2013, she had group exhibitions under Little Arts Academy which afterwards Nurin joined the 10 Square youth group from 2013 – 2016 where she participated in competitions and did commercial works for Citi Commercial Bank and Wisma Atria.
Her belief in branching out her practice and being inter-disciplinary has gotten herself involved in theatre productions under 10 Square where she took on different roles. Nurin became an Assistant Stage Manager (ASM) for two shows in 2015 and a cast in another show in 2017. For SYF 2017 Dance Extravaganza at Causeway Point, Singapore, she was also involved as an ASM. Recently, Nurin became a designer and a social marketer for (ME)NTAL, a dance-theatre production by The Middle Ground Project (10 Square Youth Group) in 2018.
