Gallery Kong was founded in 2005, Seoul South KOREA. Its principal focus is the representation of an international group of contemporary artists with a specialization in photography both emerging and established whose diverse practices include photography, video, installation, painting, and sculpture.
Gallery Kong represents European, American, Chinese and Korean artists of different generations; Erwin Olaf, Michael Kenna, Bernard Faucon, Joel Meyerowitz, Sandy Skoglund, Chen Ruo Bing and other young emerging artists, Min Jungyeon, Kim Sookang, Kang Yiyeon. The gallery has been dedicated to not only introduce established international contemporary artists to Korean audiences but also give young emerging Korean artists exposure to international art market.
