Product Marketing & SEO Manager

We are looking for a highly-motivated individual with expertise in Product Marketing and SEO to join The Artling team!

This is not going to be a run-of-the-mill job; we're a unique and colourful team with a fun but very fast-paced culture. We need someone who enjoys collaborations but is also 100% self-driven. Good communication skills and an eye for detail are also essential.

Your main goal within this role will be to develop and implement the most profitable plans to position and promote The Artling's products.

Key Management Responsibilities

  • Studying our products and their benefits for our users
  • Develop an effective marketing strategy and plans
  • Working with design, acquisition and other teams to promote products
  • Define requirements, tasks, and resources associated to SEO strategy
  • Communication to team, and management on strategy/project development, timelines, and results
  • Stay up to speed with SEO, search engine, social media and web marketing industry trends and development
  • Work with various teams (design, content, acquisition, product, sales) to implement strategies
  • Test marketing product features, releases and ad copy
  • Evaluate projects using relevant KPIs and feedback from existing and prospective customers

Key Functional Responsibilities

  • Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities
  • Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
  • Provide recommendations and execute/manage strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific
  • Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes (e.g. customer videos briefs, customer case studies, blog posts, posts from analysts and customers)
  • Develop and implement link building campaigns
  • Develop, manage and execute communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with goals
  • Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools)
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels in order to improve rankings
  • Research and administer social media tools in support of clients’ social media strategy
  • Monitor and evaluate web analytics dashboards and reports in order to develop and recommend SEO strategies
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results

Shanghai Gallery Intern

We are looking for a full-time intern based in Shanghai to assist with various advisory projects as well as running our private viewing space in Jing'an.

The role will be based in Shanghai and will require liaising with our Singapore office regularly. The intern will report directly to our Business Development Manager.

The ideal candidate must have a keen eye for detail and be able to deliver to a meticulous standard. Tasks will vary and candidates will need to be able to work closely with our team as well as independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet and host guests at our private viewing space
  • Liaise with clients for any sales requests
  • Coordinate shipping and delivery for sales
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues
  • Arrange logistics for shipment and delivery of artworks to customers
  • General administrative duties
  • Social media management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Customer-service oriented
  • Well-versed in Excel
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English

Architectural Assistant

We are looking for a part-time Architectural Assistant to support our team in our art and design consultancy projects for various corporate and hospitality clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Reviewing all architectural drawings for all project requirements
  • Assist with setting-out plans -Communicating & advising internal team on any project requirements
  • Liaising with consultants (e.g. external architects and interior designers) regarding architectural drawings for projects
  • Tracking and cross-checking project details

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Architecture or Interior Design Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 2-3 years experience in the architecture or interior design fields
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Well-versed in Excel
  • Proficiency in business Mandarin (spoken and written) is preferred

This would be a 2-3 day per week commitment, although we are flexible!

Project & Account Manager

We are looking for a passionate individual with excellent communication and coordination skills to project manage our various projects in the region. This is a role that will require a lot of self- led initiatives and high levels of communication within the Singapore and Shanghai team and our clients. A background or past work experience in architecture or design-related fields is a requirement. Spoken and written Mandarin is a plus. More specifically, tasks will include the following:

  • Managing of client accounts
  • General project management and coordination
  • Liaising with all third-party service providers (Logistics, installation, insurance, framing, storage facilities)
  • Coordination with our sellers for shipments and orders i.e. artists, designers and galleries
  • Coordination with our clients or client’s representatives
  • Tracking of shipments
  • Invoicing to suppliers, clients and third-party service providers
  • Management of invoices and liaising with accountant
  • Weekly status updates to the team and general logistics support
