The Dawning Collection is a series of 4 NFT's based on the same soft pastel artwork. Each showing a detail of the whole. The ethereal quality and translucency has been enhanced, still it's recognisable and carries the mood of the original work. Dawn is here, breaking up the night with its pristine and delicate light, with the same ethereal qualities seen in the Aurora Borealis. The original artwork is for sale.
I live and work on the West coast of Norway and use the rugged and often dramatic nature surrounding me as my source of inspiration. It's the pristine nature that touches me the most, landscapes with a powerful atmosphere, without traces of human activity, where past and present merge together.
Based on a soft pastel original, the digital file is manipulated, showing a detail with enhanced translucency and ethereal quality.
