Artist Profile
Born: 1992
Hometown: Hong Kong
Based in: Hong Kong
Aaron Fung was born and raised in Hong Kong. Aaron graduated from City University of Hong Kong. Majored in Creative Media (Bachelor of Art), Aaron was keen on visualising concepts, along with personal thoughts, through different media, usually photography.
Aaron tried to photograph different kinds of subject-matter. After multiple attempts, Aaron discovered that he was attracted by the "traces of people" and, thereafter, tried to experiment with it. In short, "traces of people" is the subtle connection between people and people or people and objects around them.
Aaron's work was featured in some exhibitions, e.g. Lossless (SCM Annual Show, 2016) and Freeze Frame (Extreme Environments Antarctica, 2014).
