ARTWORK DESCRIPTION:
"Dragonfly. Diurno" by Rina Garon.
The theme of this work is nature. The idea of the visuals I put into this work is the movement of life. Looking closely, the viewer can detect abstract silhouettes of insects, and raindrops on the branches, leaves, and tree buds. The dragonfly is depicted as a symbol of lightness, grace, frivolity, and speed, representing rebirth. This also applies to our senses, to their ability to regen.
