I’m a native Texan living and working out of Brooklyn NY. I’ve been painting for as long as I can remember but in the last several years I’ve taken what began as a hobby to a much more professional level. My paintings are intended to connect the viewer into the beauty and wonder of our natural world.

Describe your creative process.
It usually starts with a quick flash of an image of my head, I try to hold on to the image a long as possible and repopulate it in my mind over and over until I get a chance to put it down on paper or directly to the canvas. I’ll start with a light pencil sketch on the canvas and from there I start with the oil paint.
