After graduating from my art school I took the most of my professional career as graphic designer. At the very
beginning of it I was employed by a few companies in Paris and taught as a college art teacher for two years.
Then I was hired by the French company Thomson Multi Média in Paris before being offered a position in Singapore
as graphic department manager of the local design team. I had the opportunity during these 6 years to carry
out short missions in Hong Kong, Tokyo and Indianapolis in the United States. Then back in Paris I spent 2 years
within this same company where I became the color manager by French designer Philippe Stark.
I then launched myself as an independent designer for companies including Airbus, Danone, Total, Bouigues,
France Telecom, Schneider, Yves Rocher...
Then I moved to South East Asia again, in ChiangMai in Thailand where I continued my activity as a graphic
designer for French companies. 2 years ago I started a new career as a painter where I mix 2 art techniques:
Calligraphy and digital art.
What inspires you?
Music, Dance
Describe your creative process.
My paintings are the translation of a traditional technique, calligraphy, ink on paper, and the contribution of digital art. Painting in ink is for me like a natural writing, a gesture that I want instantaneous to better translate my emotions, not to obstruct the channel of this inspiration flowing, fluid, from its source. A calligraphy that moves like music or dance. But my creation does not stop there. I like that this writing blends into a setting to prolong its story. The contribution of color and textures.
