Francis Niño Valles Bejar was born in 1987 and received his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Industrial Design from U.P. Diliman. In 2011 he was awarded 3rd place in the Sculpture category for the 44th Shell Students National Art Competitoin, and was a semi-finalist in the MADE Metrobank Art and Design Excellence Competition.
He has exhibited throughout the Philippines, with Blanc Gallery , West Gallery, 371 Artspace and more.
