Totality Brought to Identity
Describe your creative process.
Any typical space is constructed by social conditions. Every part of our consciousness is included therein. Images of space are dreams of society. In this time it is more important and challenging to pursue the connection than to formulate individuality through difference. We are connected to everything in the universe and therefore everything can support us. My work focuses more on this connection, which also provides the essential energy for our lives.
Who are some artists that have influenced your work?
Beyus named language as the causal force for the creative process. I would go along with that, where the creative process then lies in breaking free of the limitations imposed by language. It takes a concept, so to speak, to leave the conceptual. The supremacy of image manipulation is not interesting. It is interesting to give more space to the inner senses and step less out of awareness. It is more important to perceive identity than to represent it.
Where do you go for inspiration?
The Sky, The Gobi, The Universe
