Born in Indonesia in 1993, Tobing Dewi is a visual artist and designer. A graduate from Petra Christian University, using mainly ink and watercolours, Dewi expresses herself through artwork with monochrome and shading effects. Dewi gets her inspiration from her daily life and focusing on feelings, human, and relationships. In 2015, after graduating from university, Dewi founded a label “obie”. Dewi likes to try new things; that’s why obie products develop over time from prints and merchandise to clothing and then home and living.
