Pongyu Wai

Born in Hainan Island in 1982 and moved to Hong Kong at age of 2. Wai Pongyu has been a professional artist since graduating from the Fine Arts Department of the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2006. Important private and public institutions have collected Wai’s drawings. In 2008, the Asian Art Museum of San Francisco collected “Lakedreams”, one of Wai’s largest works; “A rhythm of landscape” was collected by the Ashmolean Museum at the University of Oxford.
